All our offices are located in attractive locations, in class A buildings. They can be accessed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. At beIN Offices, we provide a comprehensive service. With us you can count on the care of a dedicated manager, reception support, administrative assistance and even a cleaning service. We have also reduced paperwork because we give access to offices in a subscription model. We are limited to one invoice per month from the excess of documents usually necessary for rentals!
Our offices are well-equipped, comfortably furnished, and the Internet connection is exceptionally fast. All clients can use common areas, i.e. places where it’s easy to establish new business relationships, exchange experiences, or just have a well-deserved relaxation. We also give you the opportunity to rent a conference room, and in some establishments also event spaces.With us, you simply work better.

Private Office
It is an ideal choice when we need a quiet and peaceful place to perform work duties that require concentration. In a private office, everyone has perfect conditions for creative and efficient work.
Spaces at beIN Offices are fully furnished, and users can use all available amenities. Depending on the selected location, we can provide the office for a team of two people. We have offices throughout Poland for several or even several dozen employees. We are flexible!
Dedicated Desk
It is an excellent solution for those who value working on their terms but do not want to rent an entire room for themselves. A dedicated desk is located in an open space.
Its owner can access private cabinets and document containers, facilitating the safe storage of business or personal items. You can use a dedicated desk 24 hours a day without any restrictions. Perfect for remote workers and freelancers!
Hot Desk – Cowork
It is a perfect option for those not looking for an exclusive place but an inspiring space to work in an attractive location. Coworking broadens horizons and stimulates creativity, which, in the long run, translates into business development.
The whole team or individual people can work on Hot Desks. Each of them can freely use all the facilities we offer.
Virtual Office
Innovative, flexible and modern solution. Perfect when you don’t need an office but want a company at a different address than your home address. You do not need to rent space to register your business at one of our offices.
The address can be used on company documents, websites and business cards. As part of the virtual office service, you can redirect correspondence to a box set up and operated by our employees. Registration is quick, and the choice of attractive locations is extensive!

Some of our flexible offices have larger areas where you can organise a press conference or a significant event. We then enable excellent-quality projectors, sound systems and microphones.
